Cay Tre, London, UK

I have been countless times to Cay Tre for a quick Vietnamese lunch and have never been disappointed. In addition to their bun and pho, with plenty of fresh and fragrant herbs, I particularly like their duck and kai choi green. A special mention also for the oven baked whole mackerel that comes for a mere £9 and has a wonderful lemongrass flavour.
