Sandro Take Away, Caye Caulker, Belize

Sandro is an Italian entrepreneur who settled in Caye Caulker after selling his company. He now runs a small eatery, which is only opened for dinner (5pm to 10pm), and cooks delicious pasta imported from Italy and fish and lobster he has caught in the morning. The place is relaxed and quite. One can eat al fresco with the company of the house's dog. Ingredients are fresh and tasteful. A delicious blend of Italian and Caribbean simplicity.
